By accessing https://aestheticedits.site or using the Aesthetic Edits video editing engine, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership over all video, audio, and graphical assets you upload to Aesthetic Edits, as well as the final exported videos you render. Aesthetic Edits claims zero proprietary interest in creator content.
3. Prohibited Usage
Users agree not to utilize Aesthetic Edits to process, export, or transmit: (a) content that infringes upon copyrights, patents, or trademarks; (b) malware, exploits, or automated bot scripts designed to overload rendering nodes; (c) defamatory, abusive, or explicitly unlawful materials. We reserve the right to terminate access for violators.
4. Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aesthetic Edits disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Aesthetic Edits be liable for lost profits, data corruption, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
